- We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only
- International shipping is not available at this time

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed
3. DELIVERY TIME
- Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
- Tistou is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services
