4. PRICING, CURRENCY & AVAILABILITY

  • All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham)
  • Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Products are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, or inventory errors
  • Orders may be canceled or refunded if errors are identified

5. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

  • Payments are processed securely via Tap Payments
  • By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violation

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Delivery is available within the United Arab Emirates only
  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Used or washed baby items are strictly non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

8. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

  • Discount codes are non-transferable and time-limited
  • One discount per order unless stated otherwise
  • Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly specified
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time

9. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS & USER CONTENT

Customers may create accounts, submit reviews, and upload photos.

By submitting content, you grant Tistou a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content for Website and marketing purposes.

We reserve the right to remove content that is misleading, offensive, or violates these Terms.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Website content, including text, images, designs, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Tistou / A22 FZC and may not be used without prior written permission.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

  • Total liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product
  • Nothing limits liability where exclusion is prohibited by law

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tistou and A22 FZC from claims arising from misuse of the Website or violation of these Terms.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or courier disruptions.

15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Disputes shall be resolved as follows:

  1. Amicable resolution through mediation first
  2. If unresolved, disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Tistou.

18. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of changes.
